Returns

  • You may return most items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status.
  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, wallet, etc.).
  • The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider’s policies.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping charges incurred while returning products.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (where applicable).

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Products

For quality and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned or refunded once purchased. These include:

  • Opened or partially used coffee packs
  • Customized orders (including private label products)
  • Perishable goods beyond their shelf life
