At Coorg Coffee, our commitment to excellence is driven by a scientifically grounded approach to quality control. Our in-house cup tasting laboratory is professionally managed and fully equipped to evaluate critical sensory attributes — aroma, flavor, acidity, body, and aftertaste — in accordance with SCA protocols.

We employ precision roasting and profiling techniques to calibrate the ideal roast level for each origin and blend, using iterative sample roasting and cupping sessions to fine-tune flavor development. This data-driven process ensures that each batch consistently meets our exacting quality standards.

Our lab also serves as the innovation hub for specialty blend development, enabling us to tailor unique profiles for a diverse clientele — from high-demand café chains and fine-dining restaurants to discerning home brewers. Each blend is engineered to optimize extraction across various brewing methods, ensuring a superior cup experience every time.
